Exceptional knowledge and expertise

Grayson is an impressive young man. His knowledge and expertise were obvious, but his attention to detail got me. What was a washer and dryer hookup turned into a new hot water heater and new water connections for the washer. Grayson worked tirelessly until the job was done. He was courteous and respectful. If I were his grandmother, I'd pinch his cheeks! I am a happy customer.

Accomplished what I asked

Needed drains cleared outside under flagstone and to understand scope of problem with my current drainage system pipes. Benjamin and another man who was with him took the time to explain to me what may be causing the blockage and showed me with the tools/cameras where my blockage was and potential solutions. I appreciate both of their expertise and feel I was charged fairly for the work performed, and that work could be completed on same day as initial visit. Would hire again. Requested quote for further work in same area.

Out 2nd time to estimate rewrapping existing hard pipe under house in crawlspace to add to estimates. After evaluation, we are able to rewrap ductwork correctly. Also, talked to Mark about pouring new concrete slab for condenser to sit on. We can perform this work, but we will need 48 hours for concrete to set. Emailing updated estimates to clients.

Performed tune up maintenance contract. Turned system on from thermostat and unit kicked right on. Started at indoor unit. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected all electrical connections. Inspected blower motor and capacitor. Motor pulling 5.67 amps Blower wheel is clean. Filter is clean. Condensate is draining properly. Have a 20 degree temperature split. Unit is operating at this time. Inspected condenser. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected compressor, have a amp draw of 13 amps Condenser fan motor pulling 1.7 out of 1.4 This is over amping the motor. Capacitor is 45/7.5 and is out of spec causing the high amp draw. Contactor is heavily pitted and burnt, causing high resistance throughout the circuit. Client approved replacement of capacitor and contactor. Fan motor is now pulling 1.4 witch is still at peak but not over amping. System is operating at this time.

In this estimate we will need to chip away at some of the stucco on the exterior side of the home customer is fully aware that we were chip minimal just enough to give us enough room to slide a three-quarter inch PVC coupling on then we can add a small piece of pipe with a three-quarter inch PVC 90 pointed downward to the ground. After performing the plumbing inspection I did inform the customer on things that I saw and I did also inform the customer about the angle stops with hard line supply lines the dangers and risks Of them. It’s highly recommended to change them out with quarter turn compression angle stops with three eights by half inch supply lines. Customer seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed we look forward to servicing them in the future.

Open clean out under kitchen Sink we will also need to remove the P-trap which is blocking the clean out access and put it back together when we’re finished use Teflon tape and pipe sealant to secure the leaking fitting at the top of the basket strainer. We will fix the leak for the customer for free because he signing up for a membership he is now a crystal blue customer. Once we have remove the P-trap and open the clean out access we will then send our sewer machine down clear the clog and check the clean out in the front of the property to see water flowing. After I cleared the line and then open the city clean out on the customers driveway I sent the camera down to the customer could see water flowing through the city clean out so that he could tell for sure that the kitchen sink is now un-clogged. Customer seemed very happy and satisfied with the job performed.

Today we did our annual plumbing inspection everything in the house is functioning properly I checked all the emergency shut off valves quarter turn valves and supply lines drain lines everything is functioning how it should be the drains looks really solid they are having for taxes of water as they’re draining the toilets have new fill valve in hallway other toilet still running fine no leaks anywhere. We also did a water heater flush for the customer. The only concern that I did have is the house water pressure is high at 79 psi I went over this with the customer the concerns that we may have with this customer is very interested in getting a PRV he asked me about pricing and was concerned that maybe he could dig up the mainline himself just outside of the home because there is no exposed mean other than in the basement which does not pick up the laundry room so the customer is digging in the yard where his main should be connected if he identifies in locates his main just outside

Performed tune up maintenance contract. Turned system on from thermostat and unit kicked right on. Started at indoor unit. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected all electrical connections. Inspected blower motor and capacitor. Motor pulling 5.8 amps Blower wheel is clean. Filter is clean Condensate is draining properly. Have a 16 degree temperature split. Unit is operating at this time. Inspected condenser. Inspected unit for cleanliness and proper operation. Inspected compressor, have a amp draw of 12.69 Condenser fan motor pulling .78 Capacitor tested within spec, Contactor is heavily pitted and burnt, Your contactor is the gate way of power to your unit, When they start to burn like this a high amount of resistance is caused, witch gives a improper amount Of power to both of the motors at your unit. I highly suggest that the contactor be replacing to ensure a long life of the unit. System is operating at this time.

Out to estimate replacement of split system, upflow furnace in closet. Client adding on to home, upsizing from 1200sf to 2000sf. Recommend replacing equipment and upsizing to 4 ton and running new ductwork to new addition, and leaving existing ductwork on existing section of home. Existing ducts are in good condition. After talking to client, informed they got bids from $6400 and $8200 to similar work. Did my best to estimate minimal cost to perform but for my recommendation on what should properly be done, lowest bid I can come up with is $13,250.

Today I needed to come back to a recall on a fill valve to swap out the clip from the fill tube to the flapper housing where I used a fluid master clip that kept popping off so I called the supply house gave them the serial number and model number to the toilet they recommended in aqua clip made by Kohler after installing it, I flushed the toilet many times to ensure that it will not come undone and that everything is functioning properly I also showed Mr. Jenkins the new part he seem to be Satisfied with the job performed.
