Need new return plenum New return air filter stand in attic Need to re run gas Need new drain pan, Or we can look at system replacement. With repairs there is no gaurentee something else wonâ€™t go wrong.
Customer has a customer supplied water heater that will require us to shut the water off at the house in order to remove old tank and supply lines. After going over the options with our customer she would like to figure out the shower on the day we install the water heater due to the fact the water will already be shut off then we can easily open up the cartridge to shower trim set. This summary includes us bringing a water heater up to code adding an expansion tank and drip pan to the stand that is already there. Customer just wants to think about it over the weekend before making a decision she seems to be happy and satisfied with the information I gave her, and hopefully we will hear back from her soon.
technician arrive to investigate reports of mainline backup. clients needed originally he believed his toilet had backed up and then realized the other one had blocked up as well. toilets are only two and home back to back on the same wall. client had already pulled toilet and master bathroom for access if necessary. client also has clean out in front yard. upon initial inspection technician believed clean out in front yard to be one way clean out. technician determined the best location to snake from was the toilet in the master bathroom. technician used mainline drain machine in an order to attempt to clear blockage. technician found the fitting for the back-to-back toilet cause snake to pop up at other toilet. after multiple attempts to successfully access proper drain line technician called client to move to next step. technician explained to client that a video inspection should be done to better get an idea of the situation. technician also stated that another piece of equipment
Out to estimate replacement of gas/ electric split system. Replacement of gas/electric split system. Upflow furnace in garage. Scope of work to include: Removal of old equipment per epa. New pad, new whip, new disconnect, new thermostat. Duct testing per title 24. Work will take 1 day to complete. 1 week out for install at this time.

Out for system check up, system has had leak in past. System holding pressure for now, 122/327. Changed schrader cores to be safe. Tested with refrigerant sniffer. System working for now. Client to call if system stops cooling.
Out to give 2 estimates. Client supplied mini split system or company supplied mini split. Scope of work would include: mounting indoor unit in specified area, setting and fastening outdoor unit in specified area, running coils through the wall to each unit and wiring electrical components. System needs 115v dedicated breaker. Work estimated 4-5 hours. 1-1/2 weeks out for install date at this time.
Customer has a 1 inch PRV that he wants to have replaced, it was vibrating and causing noise. The pressure coming into the home is steady at 65 psi, presented estimate and emailed it to him. Customer would like to install his own prv.

Talked to customer found that unit number three is the unit not working. perform diagnostic found thermal expansion valve/TXV not metering refrigerant properly. restricted needs new thermal expansion valve/TXV for unit to operate and cool properly. Talked to previous tech found system was charged with about 2 pounds of our 410a refrigerant which indicates system has leak somewhereâ€˜s perform leak search found evap coil leaking talked to customer do not recommend TXv due to coil having a leak recommend coil replacement.
Customer has a kitchen faucet that is leaking and a hall bathroom shower that is leaking as well. Upon diagnosis the customer wants to have new cartridges installed but he wants to leave the faucet as is sinc it only leaks when you lean on it. Took pictures of the cartridges and will send them to my parts representative for identification and find out how soon we can get the parts. Returned to install new hot, cold, and diverter cartridges in the hall bathroom, removed all the old hardware. Installed the new cartridges, turned the water on with no leaks and the diverter switches between tub and shower perfectly.

Model#: AFR SLR-30W. 30 Watt attic fan with built-in thermostat that kicks on when temp reaches 88*F and turns off when temp meets 77*F. No wall switch. No wiring. 3-4 hours to install.
Goodman condenser on apt #7 came damaged and is leaking out refrigerant. The unit is new and should be replaced by manufacturer. I have model and serial numbers of unit for replacement for senior tech to communicate with office.
Customer has a basket strainer that needs to be replaced do you to the design of customers sink. So we are changing out the basket strainer with a compression ring instead of a threaded ring. After installing new basket strainer we ran a system test filled the sink up multiple times and ran water through the drain at maximum capacity. We also showed the customer this she seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed.
