Open clean out under kitchen Sink we will also need to remove the P-trap which is blocking the clean out access and put it back together when we’re finished use Teflon tape and pipe sealant to secure the leaking fitting at the top of the basket strainer. We will fix the leak for the customer for free because he signing up for a membership he is now a crystal blue customer. Once we have remove the P-trap and open the clean out access we will then send our sewer machine down clear the clog and check the clean out in the front of the property to see water flowing. After I cleared the line and then open the city clean out on the customers driveway I sent the camera down to the customer could see water flowing through the city clean out so that he could tell for sure that the kitchen sink is now un-clogged. Customer seemed very happy and satisfied with the job performed.
Open house clean out and send cable up too 80 ft. We will be using a mainline Spartan cable machine. This cable machine has a cloth on it in this particular situation we know there are roots coming through the clay clean out. This cable cloth will be able to grab the routes and pull out the majority of them after the line is clear we will then inspect pipe line. After we will show the customer what the pipe has inside the line. After going over the options with the customer he is interested in getting a Hydro Jetter he’s very happy and satisfied with the job performed today.

Installing a customer supplied faucet. In this estimate we will need to turn the water off to the kitchen sink and disconnect the water supply lines. Then we can remove the old set rings under the faucet and remove the old fixture. Then install new kohlar faucet. Follow instructions exactly and then seal base of fixture with silicone to prevent leaking from the rim. After the install and then did a full system test glad the waterlines for mini air in the system. Everything looked great there was no leaks under the sink or above. Plus it seems to be functioning perfect. And the customer seem to be happy and satisfied with the job performed.

Customer is looking for a half re-pipe on the sewer main line that connects to her kitchen sink and washing machine located in kitchen. I went over the details with her including the fact we would need to run new dedicated vents through the roof. Her walls to the home are all concrete so the vents will have to be on the exterior side running up to the roof. I’ll let her know we would Install everything up to California code. She seem to be very happy and satisfied with the information I gave her. We look forward to doing business with her in the future.
Replacement of existing whole house fan for same style, ordered part... part came wrong they sent a 30†whole house fan labeled as a 36†not going to work. Got system up and running temporarily. While we get new fan shipped in. I had already removed unit by the time the new one showed up onsite, so we reinstalled old fan louvers. They are not closing as well as they should. If you notice it’s open will need to manually close them. Ordering new one today, looking at another 2 weeks for delivery, will be trying to get it here faster. Will call once we have the right one in hand. If we need to come back out and reset motor, we will at no cost while we are waiting for the right part to show up. Also old unit wasn’t installed correctly. Not attached correctly to opening, and drywall is cracking on corner which makes me think it might not be mounted up they right, when we install new unit the guys will re screw everything together to be safe. Install: removed old whole house fan
