We had water under our kitchen sink with the faucet as the obvious source - I called Crystal Blue Plumbing in the morning & got an appointment window between noon & 4pm for the same day - they sent an immediate confirming email & then let us know the name of our service person ( Taylor). He showed up on time and met my wife at the door - cleaned his way in and out and kept the appropriate social distance (covid time). My wife had already managed to clean out the faucet head - but he confirmed that was the leak source and explained fully why it leaked and tightened a badly loose faucet (v difficult access in a tight and awkward place). He was v efficient and professional. We really appreciate the fast and competent service - thanks to both Crystal Blue Plumbing and Taylor. Will surely use them for any future plumbing needs.
Good experience with technician sent to do the work
Came out for diagnostic for downstairs unit. System turns on outside and runs but there is no airflow to downstairs part of house. Checked all electrical in attic and found that the capacitor in the downstairs furnace was about 30% below itâ€™s recommended rating. Showing 3.11uf and should be no lower than 4.8uf. Checked blower motor to see if it was okay and is grinding and not spinning freely. Informed customer that this was a hazard and unplugged unit until repairs can be done.
Performed annual cooling maintenance. Split system ac back yard. Tested system. System operational at this time. Tested dual capacitor low email@example.com. Outside of manufactures recommended range. Recommended to replace part before failure. Contactor starting to Pitt and light burning, keep an eye on it. Gave unit a bath. Tested system refrigerant. Disconnect pull out alittle tough to get out. 20-25-1 due to be changed.

Customer was hoping to have the problem fixed right now I told her at $216 we can fix it in the morning being that itâ€™s already 5 oâ€™clock in the afternoon it would be a little bit more in order for us to run to Home Depot buy the part and come back on overtime hours. I educated the customer gave her the crystal blue advantage to the best of my ability she is well-informed on her water pressure and says she will talk to her husband about a PRV as well as the leaking gas valve.
Performed a.c maintenance in Roseville. Unit is a Goodman condenser on back of house. Condenser coils are clean and not packed with debris. Changed customers air filter. Tested thermostat for proper operation and is working correctly. Checked all electrical connections and are okay and tight. No burnt wires or signs of any bad connections. Cleaned out electrical and compressor compartment and removed leaves/debris. Checked refrigerant levels and are okay showing 54.5psi Lowside and 168.7psi High side.
Technician Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of a toilet having issues. client stated the toilet in the master bathroom would not fill up. when technician investigated he found the flapper to be halfway disconnected when he repaired that he discovered that the fill valve was only operating at about 10% flow. Technician recommended rebuild and replacement of existing fill valves with universal flushmaster. Technician supplied proposal and client agreed. technician replaced existing fill valve and tested to ensure proper operation with no leaks. Technician set proper fill height. Technician answered all of clients questions and collected payment before pulling off.

Technican Taylor arrived on scene to investigate reports of pipes banging at client's home. client demonstrated by turning on a sink in the bathroom by the door. Technician immediately noticed odd water pressure entering the home in spurts. Technician investigative further and found what he believes to be the cause being the original PRV installed on the main water line. Technician will install new 1-in PRV as well as a new 1-in whole home shut-off and hose bib Technician cut out existing hose bib and PRV. Technician rebuilt new PRV with shut off valve. Technician tested to ensure proper operation. Technician set PRV to proper 75 PSI. technician tested sprinklers to ensure there was no more noise when kicking on. Technician cleaned work area of all trash and debris and displayed all work to client. Technician answered all of clients questions and collected payment.
Customer has a sewer clog in one hotel room and it is affecting the other room on the other side. Upon diagnosis when they first snaked the initial problem room the snake went up the other rooms toilet and broke it, this tells me there is an illegal fitting in the ground and i cant snake from the toilet with a normal snake. Checked the cleanout before the clog and after the clog but both are flowing just fine, so i cant snake from a main line cleanout. I have to use a camera and the inline chain snake so that i can watch and control the snake in order to get to the clog and not break anything. The manager has to get approval and will contact us when they decide what to do.
Installed 20*30*1 electromaze washable air filter. Homeowner having issues with thermostat. Thermostat is going out. Will need to replace, changing batteries does not fix and cleaned corroded terminal and still not working. Replace upstairs thermostat with 4 wire battery operated tstat. New thermostat is working and installed.

Out for estimates, on system replacement, dogs have been peeing on old condenser and the bottom is falling apart. quoted both 14 and 16 seer equipment. With all discounts. Also will add lattice baracade to keep dogs away from new unit at no charge. Install would take 1 to 1.5 days. Quotes good for 30 days, financing available depending on credit.
