Overall, quite satisfied by the work that was done. Couldn't rate the experience as excellent only because some attention to detail was overlooked. When the work was completed on the furnace filter box rebuild, the furnace fan blower motor wiring wasn't completely connected. Since the weather was nice, at that time, didn't realize the furnace wasn't completely working. When the weather changed enough to need heat, on a Sunday, we opened a call for service when we realized it wasn't blowing heat. They responded appropriately by coming out and correcting the issue within a couple of hours.
