The superb service started with Christie’s greeting when I called for service. My situation was seemingly dire and Christie was warm, assuring, and she put me at ease by expressing her full faith in the skills and abilities of the company’s technicians. She advised Stephen would arrive at my home within the hour. A text confirmation followed with a photo of Stephen and his credentialsowed by two phone updates of his estimated arrival. He made it within the hour, motivated and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and got it fixed, constantly updating me along the way. Stephen was proficient and just a great guy. I was thoroughly impressed with Culpeper Home Services from beginning to end. I honestly cannot recall a service call I have requested to my home that was this “dialed in” from a customer service perspective. Thank you again Christie, Stephen, and Culpepper Home Services.
