Appreciate the assistance from Custom AC for the replacement of my AC unit and handler. After having a strange experience with another local AC company, I called Custom AC and was able to get assistance, a quote and an order placed within the same day. Custom AC staff took care of my immediate needs (temporary fix) and were able to get me on the calendar for an AC replacement within a week. Technicians showed up on time for the replacement, demonstrated respect and care whilst also working efficiently and without delay. I appreciate the emphasis on customer service, the fair pricing and the knowledge of the team as that speaks volumes on the integrity of a company. Huge thanks!

Not great they need to do better way too expensive

They showed up on time they did the work of removing the two mini splits off the walls to do a deep cleaning of each unit. And make some changes to the mounting bracket on one and and troubleshooting the drain on the other because it was not installed correctly by by the original contractor someone else my problem was both units were still dirty when they got done . After they were finished I brought uv lights for the both units and installed them you have to take the unit cover off That’s when I saw how dirty the fan the condensate drain pan and the exit Shute under the fan was there was a lot of alge and mold . They are clean now and with the new Uvm lights they should stay cleaner I just think they need to do better for the money they wanted to do the job .
