We were in a bind, our AC shut off and wouldn't start. The company that owns the warranty wouldn't give us an appointment until Wednesday, mind you today is Saturday. So we called Custom Air Conditioning. From the get go, Patrick was pleasant, professional and kind on the phone. Understood our concerns and told us Jay was actually available for immediate response. In less than 30 mins of the call, Jay arrived. Jay was pleasant and smiling at 8am. 😊Seriously, I was taken back by how nice he was. Very professional, in 10 mins he diagnosed our issue and got to work. In less than an hour, he had completed the work and was outside monitoring the drain. It was raining which even made my heart skip but it didn't stop him from providing us with excellent service. We are so blessed!! We are definitely going to sign up to work with Custom Air Conditioning on an ongoing basis. They not only provided us with amazing service but their attitudes and personalities were the cherry on the ice cream. I would highly recommend working with Jay!! Thank you again, Jay.

We had excellent service. Kris Bridges was our tech and he presented his self in a very professional way. Awesome service! My 20 yr old system went out, called in to make an appointment and Kris came out the same day. We were treated like family! Eddie and Jay came out to replace our old system the next day. They went over the work to be done and answered all our questions. What an amazing installation!
