After preforming an AC Super Tune-Up, noticed the customers unit was low on refrigerant. Once the customer approved the quote and the materials arrived, I returned to the property to add refrigerant to the unit. This customer is also under our VIP membership!
Installed a brand new Duct System in this Customers attic.
Customer called in saying that upstairs unit was not cooling properly. After assessing the issue and discussing options, the Customer decided to replace the unit with a GREER Heat Pump and Air Handler. They also purchased a 2 Year Worry -Free Warranty!
Completed a Seasonal AC Tune Up to ensure our customers unit was running efficiently and to help prevent any future issues. Customer also renewed their annual VIP Membership at the time of service!
Preformed Preventative Maintenance on a Carrier Mini Split installed in the Customers garage.
Consulted with Customer about options for a new unit. After talking over options, they decided on replacing their 16 year old unit with a brand new Goodman Heat Pump and Air Handler!
