Preformed a Super AC Tune-Up and Safety Inspection on VIP customers unit.
After preforming an AC Super Tune-Up, noticed the customers unit was low on refrigerant. Once the customer approved the quote and the materials arrived, I returned to the property to add refrigerant to the unit. This customer is also under our VIP membership!
Installed a Goodman Air Conditioner and an Evaporator Coil to replace the customers previous system that was over 19 years old.
Returned to replace a blower motor after noticing a issue during a preventative Maintenance Tune Up.
Installed a brand new Duct System in this Customers attic.
While preforming a Preventative Maintenance Tune Up, noticed some parts on the united need to be replaced. After the Customer accepted the quote, I replaced both flame rollout sensors and a few switches.
Customer called in saying that upstairs unit was not cooling properly. After assessing the issue and discussing options, the Customer decided to replace the unit with a GREER Heat Pump and Air Handler. They also purchased a 2 Year Worry -Free Warranty!
Preformed an AC Seasonal Tune Up on one of our New Installation Customers. These tune-ups are important to keep the manufacturer warranty valid and ensure the unit runs at peak performance year-round.
Customer called with an issue with their unit. After discussing options, customer decided to replace the old unit. Purchased a RUUD Heat Pump and Air Handler. They also received a year of our VIP Membership!
