My. family has been customers since 2006.Thirteen years later one Friday evening at 7 pm. No air....Help. By 9:30 pm an experienced Technician named Pat, came to help. By 12:00 Saturday we had cool air. We were given some terribly expensive news. Monday came and by 11:00 4 very nice men came and stayed until 10:30 that night. They were professional, polite and ready to help. The gentleman in charge, Joel took charge and completed his job. He and two other men returned Tuesday to finish the job. English was not their first language. Yet Joel was able to communicate easily with me and so was his crew. His training and determination to do the job well was apparent. Thank you to all 5 men! We have clean, mold free cool air!
