HVAC replacement install. Carl was prompt, courteous and constantly kept me in the know of what was going on. Some issues arose with the install but Carl worked through them with patience. The install took longer than planned, but Carl worked diligently. I will use him in the future for servicing this unit as well as my other unit. Carl is meticulous and detailed in his work. He does not cut corners and does the job required. Pricing is very fair. His quote included a few other things other installers did not even consider and his price was even a little lower than other installers for similar equipment.

Heater went down during a snow storm. Carl came out next day and diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it same day. I felt the price was very fair also. Would call again.

Mr Mossor was here on time as promised he was very good in checking my system out and finding two issues that needed immediate attention. He got the parts and fixed them in a short period of time and his prices we very reasonable and I would use him again

Oil hydronic boiler maintenance call. Performed oil burner tuneup on Beckett NX burner. Changed oil, nozzle and oil filter. Cleaned and adjusted oil burner electrodes. Performed hydronic boiler tuneup on Buderus.

Heating maintenance call. Performed natural gas furnace heating tune up on Lennox. Tune-up included Aprilaire 700 humidifier service. Water panel for humidifier was replaced and humidifier set up for winter operation.
Water heater service call. Performed the following repairs on a Bradford White electric water heater. Replaced pressure temperature safety relief valve. Re-piped temperature pressure safety valve to auxiliary pan with CPVC pipe. Installed water heater expansion tank. Bleed water heater free of air after restoring water pressure. Checked for any water, leaks and found none.
Heat Pump maintenance call. Performed tune-up on Lennox heat pump.
Oil Steam Boiler service call. Found heat exchanger cracked and broken on Burnham Oil Steam Boiler.
Oil water boiler maintenance call. Replaced oil nozzle and oil filter. Adjusted oil electrodes. Cleaned boiler heat exchanger. Cleaned combustion air chamber. Tested water pressure and temperature. Test draft. Test smoke. Combustion test. Weil-McLain boiler is heating well.
Air conditioning service call. Performed repair on Lennox equipment that was not cooling. Fuses in the outside service disconnect were blown. Hard Start Capacitor was blown which caused fuses to blow. Repaired system by removing hard start capacitor and replacing fuses. System is now cooling.
Air Conditioner and Furnace replacement call. Changed out furnace and air conditioner on Rheem.
