Excellent Maintenance and Communication Skills

Brendon Tracy performed excellent seasonal maintenance and cleaned the HVAC systems as well as identifying potential issues. He explained technical issues to me after cleaning and testing the HVAC systems and proposed solutions to optimize performance and improve air quality related to the main HVAC system on the lower level. I was informed at the end of his visit that for personal reasons he will relocate to Texas in January, perhaps he will return to Dale's Heating & Air after a year or so. I respect his decision to go to Texas as sometimes it is necessary to follow your heart. Brendon Tracy is a hard charging dedicated professional HVAC technician with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I believe the team at Dale's Heating & Air would welcome him back! I certainly would too. Happy Thanksgiving!
