Melvin Bernshausen is always punctual and takes good care of my system. he's polite and helpful and I'd recommend him to anyone (and I have). However, I was told by your staff person that there was no record of my Fall Service on my system. I've been doing this for years every six months. I was charged full amount again. Even Melvin said he thought he had seen me this past fall. Nobody at the office could help me and I have not heard back from James yet. I am thinking of changing companies.
