Melvin was very professional and knowledgeable. Every thing was kept clean and orderly while he was working - he even wore booties over his shoes and did not track insulation from the attic all over the house! He did not come in and rush through everything which we appreciated. His communication skills were excellent. We were more than happy to sign a contract for semi-annual maintenance checkups. We know that we will get the service that we want and need when we want and need it!
