AT&T service is poor at my house. He offered to provide my service record through T-Mobile which was his personal account. Seemed to execute though I haven't seen it yet. Not his fault. I suggest there was an option to mail me the service record if AT&T is unable to send email. Also not call came to em prior to arrival which I expected. Again no fault of his. I suggest that a pre-call be done before arrival.
