Last fall I had three bids for an AC at one of my rentals. Davis Comfort Systems Salesperson, Mitch Allore, was the most thorough. He made a house call, where others only looked online for specs. This spring, Mitch contacted me again with his personal "handwritten" note, stating that if I had not already decided on which AC to buy, he would still like to be of assistance in my purchasing a Trane AC. I am very impressed by this young man's attention to "customer satisfaction!" Because of this, I believe this will be true of my experience with Davis Comfort Systems and Trane in the future. LP
