Ultra fast response, Chris was on time ,, gave US a good appraisal , went to the warehouse, picked up the heater and material to work, came back exchange the old one ti a brand new Rheem. 4500 watts and 40 gallon capacity,, about 2 hours work, and finally Hot Water again !!!! Excelent work !!!!!!!!!!!!
