When Mike first came out and diagnosed a broken motor on our AC unit he quoted us $900 for a new one and we agreed. He was scheduled to come the next day to install it. When he arrived he indicated that after he left he called Carrier and got a reconditioned one for $500.00. He did not need to do this. We had already agreed to the more expensive one. We have had to replace both heaters within the last 12 months (with Design Comfort) and any bit of savings for us on this was very much appreciated! He remembered our dogs and our home. Can't say enough about his professionalism.
