Our first time to use Dial One, but won’t be the last! Came the day after I called, quickly assessed things and diagnosed the “invisible” prob. Had to cut a hole in the wall to find the culprit, but kept the messy job clean and tidy. Took pictures to document each stage of the process, which really helped.

When a problem arises during the weekend when most other plumbing companies are closed or booked, the situation feels like an emergency. We smelled gas in our fireplace and Brian turned it off for us and explained what needed to be done in a very clear and professional manner. He also pointed out the dripping water in our water heater and corrosion down the side of it and recommended a new water heater. We had him install a new one and are very pleased with the service!
