While no one is happy about spending money on replacing toilets, working with James made it a little less painful. James spent a ton of time working through all of our different options and was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with patience and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting into. Once the work began it was quick and painless. This is the second time I have used this company and both times the plumbers have been great.
