Performed Quality Assurance On recently installed Amana AC and Evaporator Coil. Performed Inspection of System and completed Checklist. Homeowners were not home during inspection so I was unable to get feedback about the actual install.
Performed Quality Assurance On Amana Installation. Reviewed with Homeowners operation of the Thermostat and Settings. Installed LP Low Pressure Switch onto the Gas Valve. Checked Gas Piping for Leaks. Inspected Condensation Drain Pipes that were accessible. Had homeowner sign financing paperwork and reviewed paperwork.
New coil and ac install.. we installed a new amana coil inside, with out disconnecting venting we re attached supply plenum ran new condensate from coil with an ez trap wired in series with a new condensate pump for drain protection used 2 coz cartridges and blew out existing vinyl tubing was ran through finished basement couldnâ€™t replace. Also re ran furnace drain with union for easy clean out. Outdoor unit was set and leveled on a new pad with a new whip and disconnect system was triple evacuated and vacuumed down to 325 microns.. all penetrations weâ€™re sealed
Installed new gas furnace and heat pump. Inside we installed a new furnace and coil with an April air media filter size for replacement is #213. Modified the return and supply trunks to reconnect to main ducting. Installed a new April air humidifier 600 series. Installed water lines for humidifier as well shark bite fitting above the water heater with a shut off valve. We re connected the venting and installed an eztrap and condensate pump which are all wired in for saftey. A union was installed in all 3 lines for easy access. A junction box was installed for the high voltage wire and bx cabled wire was ran to a new 4x4 box with an outlet and switch. We re connected the gas line and ran new track pipe for the connections unit was converted to propane and pressures were adjusted. A low pressure switch was also installed in the unit. No ac, found unit off upon arrival, customer took a video of what was happening, condenser fan motor would not spin, turn ac on and check operation motor would not spin, check capacitor reading 5.05 mfd, try to spin motor, and work, motor staring to go bad, due to all problems customer has had would recommend replacing ac unit joe will send estimate for new ac unit
Installed amana single stage gas furnace and ac. Converted gas furnace to lp gas. Installed eztrap and wet switch for protection. Installed Honeywell lyric thermostat. Tested system in both heating and cooling. New amana system is running at manufacture specifications at time of install.
Found iced up coil and suction line, turned disconnect on the off and turned fan fan on, we need to came back to check 410 pressures due to historyâ€™s and age of system would be better to replace unit office will get back to customer to schedule return visit 5-30-19 luis added 2 lbs of 410 and also added dye to system supply temp 55 return temp 77 super heat 25 and subccoling 14
Performed 6 month inspections on two ac units, found wet switch tripped for attic unit, reset wet switch, clean filter for attic unit and for basement unit replace 15x25x1, both system were running at factory charge, added 1 1/2 lb 410 to attic and 1 lb for basement unit, check sub cooling and superheat ok target super heat for attic is 24 and current running at 21 super heat, for first floor unit target super heat is 19 and it is running at 20 both system are running at manufacturers specifications cycle both units ok supply temperature 52 return 75 for both units

Returned to site to install a new Water Heater under warranty. Turned Supply water off to the Water Heater and disconnected Gas Line and Venting. Drained water heater and removed. Installed a new 50 Gallon Bradford White LP Power-vented Water Heater in the Auxiliary Drain Pan. Repiped a section of the Hot and Cold Water Lines. Reconnected Gas Line and used Leak Spray to to ensure their were no leak leaks once the Gas had been restored. Put Water Heater in operation and inspected to ensure proper operation. Recorded new Water Information into System. While onsite was informed that the Air Conditioner was not operating. Found the Thermostat was completely blank and had no power. Found the Wet Switch was tripped. Reset the Wet Switch and put system in operation to test. Inspected unit and found no water in Auxiliary Drain Pan. Allowed System to operate while Water Heater was being installed. Checked unit and found the Pan was filling with water and the attic insulation was wet. Checked
Problem with outdoor temp registering on thermostat, check ohms reading on outdoor unit ambient sensor outdoor temps is 76 and ohm resd Mf is 10 K. Reattached sensor its place and now thermostat is registering 76 no issues were found and also per customer increase water heater temp from m 120 to 125 setting

Checked water leak from new water heater, found 1/4â€ of water in the safety pan and the sensor tripped the flood stop. Found water dripping from above the gas valve and water dripping from the power wires that run to the inducer. Also found the insulation above the gas valve is wet. Water tank is leaking will need to replace the water heater. Need to replace leaking water heater Bradford White model Rg1pv50s6x
