Great people and company
Thanks Luis for a good job. We appreciate it.
Mike and Andy completed the removal of our old mini split system and installed a new unit in less than a day. Work was performed in an extremely neat and meticulous manner.
Very efficient with times and service
Luis was very polite and efficient, took his time and checked everything, I have always had good service from your company
Found no draft damper installed, unit will need a barometric damper to control draft, we will install a tee and damper also will set weight plate to correct setting to achieve a more steady draft 2-14-20 Luis installed barometric damper and adjust weight to maintain good draft, adjust draft to -.02 over fire and -.034 on flue, also adjust burner motor band to adjust combustion to zero smoke, cycle boiler and performed combustion test inspect chimney termination up on the roof, chimney is very dirty and should get cleaned, chimney is lined and should be cleaned by a chimney cleaning professional,
Customer has 13 takeoffs some are 7,6 and 5 in, master bedroom gets lot of air, so loud, noticed two 7 in take offs are just above the plenum, getting all the air, recommend extending both take offs and installing them on the side with damper to control the flow, to do that repair return duct board has to come down so we have excess to both supply runs, we will email proposal to reposition both runs and also if customer wants to add dampers to other runs
Installed new American standard furnace, installed new stainless steel burners and flame sensor. Converted to propane. Completed duct connections and sealed the system. Checked venting and blew out both intake and exhaust. Re wired pump eztrap and saftey switch to break r. Ran intake drain to pump. Re wired humidifier tested pump. Combustion test preformed. Went over with homeowner instructions. Unit is running to factory standards.
No heat, found thermostat satisfied start furnace and check operation no issues found drain, tubing intake and exhaust ok check blower cap speed ok combustion test ok no issues were found supply air 110 return air 68
Performed two Roland furnaces tune ups, check electrical low low an high ok replace both air filters, clean sensor and check burners, manifold gas pressures ok combustion test on both heaters ok check split ok blower cap ok, second floor furnace checked out ok, on first floor furnace found couple things than should get addressed, when checking burners and cleaning sensor noticed all burners are starting to restrict gas flow on carry overs, corrosion and rust on cones, also flame sensor is becoming thinner due to by product of propane, and also blower wheel is very dirty has to come out of the furnace to clean it crested a proposal for customer in case wants us to make repairs,
Performed Quality Assurance on Amana Gas Furnace. Reviewed installation with Homeowner. Completed Checklist Form in System.
Performed precision heat tune up on amana heat pump. Replaced 20x24x1. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked refrigerant pressures and temperatures. Checked condensation pump. Heat pump is working fine at time of service.
Service call that the Heat was not working. Upon a arrival found the Control Board flashing a 9 Flash code indicating the Ignitor was bad. Tested Ignitor and tested system to confirm the Ignitor was bad. Replaced Ignitor and put system in operation. When burners fired only the first 2 Burners lit off. Removed Burners and cleaned. Removed and cleaned Flame Sensor. Reassembled and found Burners still struggling to light. Removed and inspected Manifold Orifices which were rusted and clogged. Cleaned Orifices and put system in operation. Cycled system multiple times to ensure it was firing off properly with no issues.
Performed Heating Tune Up/Inspection on Lennox Propane Furnace. Replaced 20x25x1 Air Filter. Inspected and tested Electrical Components on Furnace. Cleaned accessible Drain Line and Condensation Pump. Inspected Visible Heat Exchanger and Burners Assembly. Burners are rusted but are lighting off properly. Removed and Cleaned Flame Sensor. Put system back in operation and performed Combustion Analysis on Furnace. Combustion readings are to standards at this time. Spoke with homeowner about the Ductwork that was loose. The Flex Duct was taped around the metal duct connections and had become loose causing it to leak air and not push enough air into the room it supplies. Taped the Flex Duct at the metal duct connection to seal.
Found oil boiler all sooted up. Performed a tune up on boiler. Cleaned out smoke pipe and thoroughly vacuumed out boiler. Nozzle is clean and oil filter is good. After getting boiler running performed a combustion test on boiler. Boiler was running pretty good ,made a small adjustment to the air band. Boiler draft was .04. Found small grill 4x10 cut in above doorway. Seems to to have enough combustion air . Recommend leaving the door open to the boiler room for more combustion air to see if issue goes away. Took pictures of readings.
Removed old furnace. Replaced with Amana high efficiency gas condensing furnace. Converted to propane and added low pressure switch. Reconnected gas, electrical, condensate, and exhaust vent. Extended low volt wires and connected. Installed new condensate pump and wired to break red. Fabricated a transition box and sealed ductwork as good as possible. Replaced airfilter. Tested unit in heating and cooling. Adjusted gas pressures and checked temperature rise. System running well at time of install.
Went down in basement and gave furnace a call for heat and found gas valve on lp furnace not opening and burners are also in rough shape. He does not want to put more money into this furnace so recommended he replace the furnace. Told homeowner we are going to wave the service fee today. Homeowner is replacing the furnace got paper work signed for install on Friday. Took 50% deposit fort install.
Performed 6 month inspection on heat pump with propane furnace as back up all settings ok filter ..check humidifier ok burners and sensor ok performed combustion test furnace heat pump are ok check reversing valve thermostat settings ok
Performed quality assurance check on recently installed amana 2 stage propane gas furnace and a/c. Checked all electrical conections and components. Checked gas pressure in heating mode. Low pressure 6†w.c. High pressure 8.5†w.c. Performed combustion test. Cover for txv inside was left off to make adjustments in spring time for a/c. Talked to homeowner about install paperwork.
