I have no complaints, did their jobs Efficiency
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok replaced air filter, flushed drain ok check temperature split, ok noticed blower cap is reading 3 rated at 5 informed customer and quoted for repair customer wants to get proposal on new furnace, check outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok
Performed Quality Assurance inspection on a newly installed attic air conditioning system for the second floor loft area. Checked over entire system. Everything looks great inside and out. All wiring proper and secure. All duct work sealed properly. All penetrations sealed. Outdoor unit and disconnect level. Great job guys! Customer is extremely happy! System running great at time of QA. Customer is going to email the office his PPL information to submit rebate. They do everything digitally and didn’t have any paper copy of info.
Performed 6 month inspection on mini split system. Cleaned filters. Checked temperature split, amperage, and voltage. System running great at time of inspection. Installed surge protector on existing split system.
Installed new Amana condenser on wall brackets and ran linehide up to attic. Ran lineset, drain, low volt, and high volt wires. Sealed holes and assembled linehide. Installed disconnect and ran wires to electrical panel and tied in. Installed plywood platforms and drain pan in attic. Placed air handler in pan elevated on pump up legs. Installed return box and transition onto air handler. Installed trunk and insulated. Cut holes and installed take offs. Installed mv3 vents and ran all flex lines. Cut in 24x24 return and installed thermopan and grill. Cut 12x12 return and installed return box. Insulated returns. Connected condensate drain and wired in high and low volt with ez trap and wet switch. Installed t6 thermostat and surge protector. Tested system and adjusted charge. System working well at time of install.
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok filters ok check airflow increase airflow to high speed to get 3 ton, check indoor and outdoor units ok check refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok super heat heat and sub cooling ok uni is running within manufacturer specifications system is working ok no issues were found

Performed Quality Assurance inspection on a newly installed gas furnace and air conditioning system. Checked over entire system. Ductwork sealed properly. Wiring secure and proper. No leaks on condensate drain, venting piping or gas line. Outdoor unit wiring proper and secure. Unit is all but level. Tried to adjust, couldn’t get it any closer. Very nice looking install overall. Collected check for final payment. System running great at time of QA.
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high ok flushed drown add tabs to trap, check blower cap and motor ok, check air split supply and return 20 degree split, noticed transition adapter is cracked and also two Big cracks on heat exchanger front plate, informed customer they need new heat exchanger and furnace should not be put in use, due to age and condition not worth installing new heat exchanger, would recommend new furnace, finished up ac tune check refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok emailed proposal to replace heat exchanger, we will follow up with customer about pricing on new furnace rebates and pricing

Installation of new AC and Indoor Coil. Reclaimed refrigerant from old system and disconnected and removed outdoor unit and indoor Coil. Installed a new Amana AC on new Pad with new Disconnect and Whip. Mounted Coil on Furnace and adapted Supply Duct Work to the Coil. Installed an EZ Trap onto the condensation drain line and wired in series to break the “R†Circuit at the control board. Brazed Lineset into units and pressure tested system to 300 PSI of Nitrogen to ensure there were no leaks. Performed triple evacuation on system. Released refrigerant and put system into operation. Installed new 16x25x1 Air Filter. Checked Cool Cloud settings to ensure system was programmed properly. Measured refrigerant charge and adjusted charge using Subcooling standards. System operating to standards upon completion.
Performed ac tune up on heat pump check electrical low an high ok replaced air filter flushed drain and test pump ok all temperature splits ok outdoor unit refrigerant pressures all electrical ok capacitor and control board ok cycle unit ok
Service call that the AC was not working. Upon arrival spoke with homeowner about issue. Found thermostat set to 68 and Indoor Temperature was at the 75. Found Furnace was not receiving power. Checked Electrical Connections and Inlet power to the unit. No power coming to unit due to breaker for the Furnace being turned off. Turned breaker on at the Main Panel and put system in operation. Monitored system and took air Temperature readings. Homeowner had some electrical work done today and breaker was most likely turned off when that was occurring.
Reclaimed and removed old equipment. Installed new leveled pad, disconnect, whip, line set, and Amana condenser. Brazed in line set with nitrogen. Connected high volt and low volt connections and sealed holes. Installed new Amana gas furnace and evaporator coil and brazed in line set with nitrogen. Pressure tested to 300 and evacuated down to 115 microns. Reconnected return , fabricated plenum, and sealed all connections. Installed new switch and receptacle and wired in high volt. Installed new ez trap and wired safety to break r. Reconnected gas line and leak checked. Reconnected venting. Tested system in heat and adjusted gas pressures and performed combustion test. Tested system in cool and adjusted refrigerant charge. System working great at time of install.
Performed ac tune up check electrical low and high voltage ok check split temperature ok customer supplied filter, flushed drain ok outdoor unit refrigerant pressures capacitor and contactor ok cycle unit ok cleaned condenser coil
Found outdoor a/c not running found capacitor not starting fan motor or compressor. Gave fan a push and compressor started grinding loudly. Compressor is shot and is not pumping correctly. There has been r22 refrigerant added in the past. System is a 2005. Recommended replacement of furnace and a/c due to age of system. Called office to let them know about situation. Made appointment between 5 and 7 pm.
