We made a service call to Dirks at 7:00 am this morning. Within 45 min, a tech was on his way to our house. This is our second experience with Dirks and both times we’ve been very happy with our service. Today, Ben was our tech & he was professional, polite, and quick to assess the lack of heat in our home. He explained in detail what was wrong and the solution to fix it. He also discussed a motor that may need to be replaced sooner than later which I appreciated - it allows us to be prepared for it. Overall, we found our experience to be great and would HIGHLY recommend Dirks for your heating & cooling needs!
