Dirks have done systems for me in several properties, including complex boiler set-ups, in floor heating, back-up electrical heating, individual room units for AC and heat, furnace and condenser replacements, and more. I used close to a dozen previous week-respected companies that did not have the knowledge or patience to solve my problems, but Dirks and crew did. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and dependable. They care about the job they do. They are also consultative, and willing to talk through various options and explain pros and cons. I have been very happy with them and go back to them for all of my hearing and cooling needs.
