Only hick-up was the timing. Had a 2 pm appointment and did not get the technician until after 4 pm.....Took time off work to be there ...that was a little tough. But once tech was there, he did a great job.

Shane Larson was on time and friendly. He quickly went to work with seasonal maintenance and cleaned up after. I belong to Dirks Maintenance Service program. Their staff are always friendly and professional. I love that both air and heat maintained each ear. I wish they would call to schedule the maintenance but I have to each time.
