Excellent Service

Had a great experience with Dobbs Heating and Air! Other companies told me I'd have to wait 3 months for routine A/C maintenance with a 12-hour appointment window — not Dobbs. They offered flexible scheduling and arrived right on time. Mason was friendly, explained everything clearly, and even left me a spare filter. Prompt, efficient, and professional service. Highly recommend!

Replaced rollout switch and tested rollout switch is now operating properly. Sealed both returns to return plenum, 3 supply’s to supply plenum and coils door. Used screws, tape, mastic and insulation. Photos attached. Checked seals to make sure air wasn’t leaking. Air is not leaking from ducts or coil door. Refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Due to the age of furnace multiple part failure is possible at anytime. Furnace 2010 AC 2019.
