Completed single system cooling maintenance on. Unit is very old R22, 30 plus years. Outdoor coils are starting to rust, ductwork under house needs repair, drain needs corrected. Contactor is charred. This unit needs replaced as soon as possible.

Performed a two system cooling maintenance on a two 2020 Trane’s the ODT is 76°.Tested overall operation of equipment confirming the upstairs indoor equipment was operational but outdoor equipment was non-operational and the main level indoor and outdoor equipment was fully operational.There is a 16x20x1 & a 16x25x1 both were discolored but not clogged the filters were replaced on this visit.Blower motor was fully operational not showing any signs of being intermittent or dropping out.Blower wheel was inspected finding it to be dirty when a blower wheel gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment along with places a strain on equipment and parts which shortens the lifespan of both a quote has been provided to clean blower wheel.Also inspected indoor evaporator coil finding it to be dirty when a indoor evaporator coil gets dirty it minimizes the efficiency of equipment and the ability to properly cool/heat a quote has been provided to clean indoor evaporator coil.Inspected wires

Arrived today to replace Rheem eco-net thermostat upon arrival removed original malfunctioning part then installed new part.Once finished installing new part configured new thermostat to specifications.Lastly tested equipment in heating & cooling function confirming its properly operating

Talked with Jason with Rheem support. We determined that the VSODC board s faulty and needs replaced. Also the inverter drive board is faulty and needs replacing. The parts are warranty. VSDOC board part#- 47-104848-09k. Inverter drive board part#- pd476645. Model#- RP1760AJVCA. Seral# w412111176.

Heat maintenance. Checked inducer motor, indoor blower motor both within manufacturer specs. Checked pressure switch, made sure pressure switch hose and port are clear. Scoped heat exchanger, no visible deterioration. Cleaned flame sensor. Temp rise is good, Drain is clear. Replaced filter 16x25x4. System is running correctly and efficiently at time of departure.

Coils are clean, Drains are clear, water safeties are working as intended. Changed both filters 16x20x1, 20x20x1. Both systems are working correctly and efficiently upon departure. Customer is happy.

Heat maintenance, checked amp draws on blower motor, heat strips, condenser fan and compressor all within manufacturer specs. Drain is clear, changed filter 20x22x1, all Safeties are working correctly including water safeties. High volt disconnect has correct voltage, contactor ohms are within spec. 70 degrees outside was unable to get pressures. System is running correctly and efficiently at time of departure.
