DCM5: AC complete, replaced (2) 16x20x1, (1) 16x25x1, (1) 24x24x1, (1) 20x30x1 filters. All systems are fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time, refrigerant pressures and temperatures are appropriate for outdoor and indoor weather conditions. Set all thermostats back to 78 cool and 64 heat. System #2 was 2lbs low on R410A, added 2lbs of R410A to system #2.
Upon arrival noticed cracked drain line believed to be from drain line laying flat on attic floor, repaired and raised drain line to prevent future cracks.
Upon arrival no AC on upstairs system. Found drainpan full of water. Vacuumed water, and n blew through drain line, checked charge everything is operating properly at this time.
Call for a water leaking into smoke detector, found that the condensation line was clogged, with homeowner permission cleared drain and flushed with 2 gallons of water no issue recommend installing a in line water safety to help prevent leaks in the future.
