Keith is great! Dobbs is fantastic; I’ve been with Dobbs since buying my house in 2012. And I’ll continue to be a Dobbs customer.
As usual, Dobbs’ service was awesome! Gary the tech was great! Knowledgeable and a great guy!
Always super caring and helpful. Dobb’s does not try to upsell like most other HVAC contractors.
Cody did a super job completing the scheduled maintenance. Also took a few minutes to review an issue I had with a warm room and will follow up with others on next steps. Thanks.
We were experiencing issues with our second floor air conditioner over the past week and a half, which is not something you want happening during the Summer months in Georgia. Our appointment was initially scheduled for Monday, but Dobbs Heating & Air called asking if they could come out on Friday, 3 days earlier than we expected. Of course! So, after Rob and his trainee, Jordan, arrived, they patiently troubleshooted the issue narrowing it down to a clogged PVC condensation pipe. The culprit was 19 years of calcification and mineral build up in the drain line. This was definitely a 2-person job, but they worked like a finely tuned machine, cleared out some very challenging obstructions found in multiple locations in the drain line, and were extraordinarily pleasant and resourceful. I would recommend Dobbs Heating & Air to everyone, I know we will definitely use them again. Great job, Rob and Jordan!
