DCM1: A/C complete, replaced 16x25x4. System is fully functional and operating within manufacturer specifications at this time, refrigerant temperatures and pressures are appropriate for outdoor and indoor weather conditions. Maintenance checklist attached.
No a/c call main level, found that the thermostat was acting erratically, jumped out and bypassed thermostat and system ran thermostat is bad, homeowner declined replacement at this time.
Replaced low pressure cut out and tested system. Functions as designed
DCM1: AC complete, checked (1) Spaceguard 2400. Low pressure switch failed need to replace, bypassed low pressure switch system is now functional. Need to order universal screw on low pressure switch
DCM3 service 1 of 2 AC completed changed (1) 16x20x1 (2) 16x25x1 filters tested system operation’s, found main floor capacitor out of range 45/5MFD reading 39.4/5MFD, changed out with homeowner approval, system are operating properly at this time, outdoor ambient 54 degrees, attached is AC maintenance checklist.

Fixed where dog was chewing up wire inside, pulled as much wire inside of furnace to prevent dog from chewing. System is running at time, unable to check AC due to low ambient temperatures. Homeowner will call when it’s gets warmer.
