AC would go in and out on our 16 year old system. I got quotes from a few HVAC places. Doc was the highest but by far the most complete. Inter action with Dale the sales person was first rate. We chose Doc despite being the most expensive. We went the best they had because we wanted it to last and be very efficient. We goth AC, Heater and Humidifier system. Dale said if the AC goes out before they can come to install to give him a call. Well it went out and Dale had a guy over on Sunday morning before 9am after the 7:30am call. The tech got the AC work with some parts swaps. I ask how much and he said no cost. Wow that is service. Once the new system was in it looked great and works great. The workmanship was top notch from beginning to end. The techs were very professional and clean. I would highly recommend Dale and Doc for your next HVAC needs.
