I have been very pleased with the service that has been provided by Dr Cool. We replaced our entire HVAC system using Dr Cool in 2010. They have stood by their product without question. We have been a member of Cool Club for the entire time and have been happy with every service person that has been sent. I have used Stefan the last 2 times and he is very polite and professional. I have been very pleased with his work.
