I have become accustomed to outstanding service from Dr. Cool. Service is always accomplished proficiently and as quickly as possible. For their recent installation of a new Trane air handler and an updated breaker panel required by code, I thank Nic, Jake, Devon, Jose, Stefan, Alex, Roger, Diego, the office staff Adena, Megan and Natalie, and especially David who went out of his way to contact the electricity provider, arrange for a service disconnect and reconnect to accommodate the breaker panel installation and city inspection. He, Diego and Roger worked tirelessly to get the installation accomplished in one day. David returned after hours when the electrical power had been restored to check all the new connections to assure that they were functioning properly. Thank you all.
