Our technician showed up a day early, which my very cold coworkers and I GREATLY appreciated. Only thing that kind of bugged me was he didn't mention anything that he found until after he fixed it. So my bill went from $89 to $250 without even being told, which I didn't really like. He probably should have stepped out to handle his personal phone calls/texts, and any other time it wouldn't have bothered me, but it was after 5, we hadn't gotten a phone call prior to him coming and we were holding up my finance assistant to be able to write him a check. Other than that he got us all fixed up and ready to go! Thank you guys for taking care of us!!
