Not only am I convinced that the job was done correctly but he went over and above any customer service I have had anywhere. I was well informed with what was wrong what he did to improve the life and the cost savings plan of maintenance I could perform to keep my system running most efficiently. Gave me options in layman terms and told me what parts will need attetion and when. When he left the house my wife and I were wishing all our experiences would be so detailed like we just had. very knowledgeable and has made me feel good about my equipment and a solid customer of Dr. Cool .
