Zach was professional and did a great job diagnosing the problem with my washing machine. Dor-Mar’s price was so high that the cost of the part and second visit he would need to make would be about the same as getting a new washing machine. I cancelled the second visit due to the high price for parts and labor.

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can be harmful to human health. It is caused by the breakdown of uranium in soil and rocks and can seep into homes through cracks in the foundation or other openings. Radon mitigation systems are designed to reduce the levels of radon in a home and prevent it from entering the breathing zone. In this particular case, I used a combination of a sub-slab depressurization system and an active sub-slab depressurization system to reduce the radon levels in the customer's home. I was called to a client's home to perform a plumbing maintenance check. The client had been religiously flushing their water heater, but it was 10 years old and needed to be replaced. The water lines were copper, and the drain line was a mixture of ABS and PVC. The client also requested a quote to replace their kitchen faucet, which they had supplied. I inspected the water heater and found that it was in good condition, but the client decided to replace it with a new one. I also replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one that the client had chosen.

The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance
Floor drain was full of slime from air conditioner. Was able to plunge floor drain open.
