Zach was professional and did a great job diagnosing the problem with my washing machine. Dor-Mar’s price was so high that the cost of the part and second visit he would need to make would be about the same as getting a new washing machine. I cancelled the second visit due to the high price for parts and labor.

Unit not cooling. Contactor won’t close. Found problem to be bad defrost board on heat pump. Sent over estimate for new air handler and heat pump. Put in parts order form for new defrost board
During the recent maintenance visit, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the air conditioning system. We initiated the session by inquiring about any specific concerns the customer might have had. The condition of the furnace filter and evaporator coil was assessed, and we recorded the blower amp draw. We also ensured proper airflow by inspecting the cleanliness of the condenser coil outside. Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance
Floor drain was full of slime from air conditioner. Was able to plunge floor drain open.

High voltage switch on ceiling failed. Wire nutted them together & got the furnace running. Return Monday to run new high voltage wire to new switch box & switch. Old high voltage wire doesn’t have a ground. Needs grounded all the way to breaker panel. Did not charge tonight due to recent install.
