Zach was professional and did a great job diagnosing the problem with my washing machine. Dor-Mar’s price was so high that the cost of the part and second visit he would need to make would be about the same as getting a new washing machine. I cancelled the second visit due to the high price for parts and labor.

High voltage switch on ceiling failed. Wire nutted them together & got the furnace running. Return Monday to run new high voltage wire to new switch box & switch. Old high voltage wire doesn’t have a ground. Needs grounded all the way to breaker panel. Did not charge tonight due to recent install.

Electrician came today and rewired some stuff. He had the neutral wire going to the furnace hot in the hot wire a neutral. I had to switch the connection to the furnace and put in a new transformer. Customer said he has to move money to pay his bill tomorrow system is up and working.
Customer does not have hvac issue..he is going to contact an electrician
