Zach was professional and did a great job diagnosing the problem with my washing machine. Dor-Mar’s price was so high that the cost of the part and second visit he would need to make would be about the same as getting a new washing machine. I cancelled the second visit due to the high price for parts and labor.

I am a highly skilled and experienced home service professional. I recently completed a plumbing maintenance job for a client who had a water heater that was not functioning properly. I arrived at the client's home and began by flushing the water heater to remove any sediment or debris that may have accumulated. After flushing the water heater, I inspected the tank for any signs of damage or wear. If any damage was found, I replaced the tank with a new one. I also checked the water pressure and temperature of the water heater to ensure that it was operating at the correct levels. Finally, I cleaned the surrounding area and replaced the water heater's cover. The client was very pleased with the work I performed and expressed gratitude for my professionalism and expertise.
The drain pan was clogged and not draining properly. I cleared out the pan and it is now draining properly.

Additionally, we examined the electrical components of the condenser for any signs of burnt or loose wires and verified the microfarad readings on the capacitor. Finally, we confirmed that the refrigerant pressures were within the correct range to guarantee optimal system performance
