I ran a combustion check on the furnace. It is good checked for backdrafting in the hot water tank. It is drafting properly flu pipe come out on top of the furnace is a little rusty, but not too bad not seeing no issues with CO leakage spoke to tenant that is going to talk to the landlord about possibly addressing the chimney situation and putting in new flu pipe See pictures if Landlord wants to go any further I thank they had a faulty CO detector or with the high winds, we had a week ago that it was backdrafting and sent it off periodically it was plugged in high next to the vent for the hot water tank
