Customer had a commode with a cracked tank, they wanted to replace the commode with a similar model. I installed a round front pro foo commode in its place and hauled away the old toilet. After installation of the new commode, I caulked the front and performed multiple tests and could not find any issues at this time. Two year warranty on parts and labor

Homeowner was interested in changing out her media filters. Also discussed maintenance plans. Homeowner agreed to the maintenance plans and I went ahead and preformed the heating tune up. Filters were changed and tested operations. The system is working properly at this time.

On arrival homeowner was concerned about the condenser not engaging. I inspected the condenser and discovered that the contactor was shorted. I replaced the contactor and checked charge on the system and discovered that it was low on refrigerant. I topped off the system and tested operations. The system is working properly at this time.

Install new conversation drain line from evaporator coil to bathroom dwv inside wall. We will re-insulate pvc pipe and test the line to make sure it is draining properly. Today we returned and cut out the old condensate drain line and we ran the new one. We also cut the copper water line in the bathroom and extended it to be at 39.5inches from the wall. We turned the water on and the ac on and tested for leaks. None were found. We also insulated the condensate line. Everything is working properly at this time. We found no further issues at this time.

On arrival homeowner was concerned about his a/c system draining from the secondary drain. I inspected the evaporator coil and discovered that the primary drain was clogged, causing the secondary to drain from the coil into the emergency pan. I performed drain maintenance on the primary drain, tied into the nearest sink. Primary is now clean and system is now draining properly at this time. No warranty on drain clears.

On arrival I inspected the a/c condenser and tested the capacitor to the fan and found that it was below the rating. On further inspection I discovered that the fan motor had burnt out and was no longer working. I replaced the fan motor to the condenser and replaced the old capacitor with a new one. The system is now working properly at this time.

Customer had us out because they had an ac condensate line that was clogged. I got there and used an air snake to push the blockage through. I then glued the pipe back together and cleaned up my mess. I also vacuumed as much of the water out of the pan as I could. I found no further issues at this time.

Customer called us out because they were installing a toilet and when they removed the old one the brass flange ripped free of the lead. We got there and had to break a small amount of the tile and concrete around the lead riser. We then installed a deep brass toilet flange and were able to solder the lead to the flange. We then installed the base of the toilet and poured approximately 10 gallons of water down to make sure it is not leaking, which it is not. The customer told us he would install the rest of the toilet so we could go home as it’s already late into the night. We found no further issues at this time.

Customer had a water heater that was not heating. They could not get the pilot to light. I tried myself but was also unable. I then called OG who denied the claim to clean off the thermal coupling because it is a lack of maintenance. I cleaned it off outside the warranty and now the pilot is lighting up fine, however it will not stay lit because the gas control valve is also bad. I called OG again and relayed this information to them and they are waiting to cover or not until they get the home inspection report to see if it is pre-existing. I found no further issues at this time. Today I returned and installed the new gas control valve. The water heater is lighting fine but it still wont stay lit. The thermal switch keeps popping and shutting the gas off to the unit. I then is installed the thermal bypass that comes with the new gas control valve and now the heater is staying lit like it’s supposed to. I found no further issues at this time.

Customer called because they have a pinhole in the copper feeding the hose bib out back. I called FA who accepted the claim and are covering the hose bib but not the pipe modifications to install it. The customer agreed to pay for the pipe mods, so I turned off the water, cut the old hose bib out behind the wall and installed the new line and hose bib on the other side of the wall. I turned the water back on and checked for leaks, which none were found. Everything is working properly at this time. I also put caulking around the hole where the hose bib goes through the wall so that no bugs can get in. I found no further issues at this time.
