I must commend Josh on his inspection of our HVAC system. He was cordial and very informative. He not only addressed the immediate needs of the system, but also took the time to fully evaluate it and give estimates on recommended repairs/replacements to consider in the future. The technicians doing the install were nice and helpful. They done the install on a Sunday but it took a lot longer than they told us. They were in a hurry to get the job done and ended up getting a few things wired wrong. When we called to get the problem fixed, a technician did come out the same day we called them and corrected the problem. After the wiring problem was fixed, our heating/cooling furnace unit works great. We are very pleased with the furnace and we're happy we went with the purchase.

I called Austin Drain and Air Rescue at 11am, during a cold front, and by 4pm my furnace issue was fixed. The lady who took the appointment was very friendly, and I didn't even have to explain why I needed someone out ASAP- expediency was her priority too. The service technician was equally as friendly and even showed up EARLY!
