The technicians doing the install were nice and helpful. They done the install on a Sunday but it took a lot longer than they told us. They were in a hurry to get the job done and ended up getting a few things wired wrong. When we called to get the problem fixed, a technician did come out the same day we called them and corrected the problem. After the wiring problem was fixed, our heating/cooling furnace unit works great. We are very pleased with the furnace and we're happy we went with the purchase.
