Once again, we were very satisfied with the service we were provided by Drake Heating and Cooling. From the very nice lady that called to remind us of our upcoming appointment, to the service tech who throughly cleaned and inspected our furnace. We appreciate how he took his time explaining everything he did while showing us pictures of his work simultaneously. Kevin was very friendly and courteous during his entire appointment with us. We would highly recommend him to others along with Drake itself.

Great job by the technician. Personable, knowledgeable, and professional. But… Second time I have received the same pitch about up to $3000 worth of work that we don’t need. That seems to be more about the company making large profits than it does about what is actually needed to keep my equipment running properly. That’s why we have the service agreement.
