Technician arrived when expected, efficiently evaluated my problem and offered potential solutions. Ultimately I decided to replace my 20 year old AC unit with a new larger unit. To hold me over until the new unit could be installed my current unit was charged up. Mark ensured everything was functioning properly before leaving. Cost for new unit was reasonable and I wasn't hit with charges for my service call. I couldn't have been more satisfied.
