Harry was great. He found a problem that wasn't caught originally, because of an original installers mistake. He could have gone along with the original fix, but after solving the problem, installed the correct part (less expensive) to fix the unit. Very honest and trustworthy company. Like everyone else, my HVAC waited till the hottest day of the year so far to cut out on me. 90-degrees upstairs in the house a 5:00 PM. I called Dyess for help and within 45-minutes the unique Mr. Unique Ford was at my door, to our rescue. He diagnosed the situation and got the system up and running within an hour. Memorial Day we left the house early today and came home to a almost brand new A/C not working and a very hot house. We called to your Office and was told a technician would call back shortly. Floyd called within 15 mins and assured me he would be out this evening to check and see what the problem was. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and found out it needs a part replaced. He will order the part that is needed and return to install it when it's in stock. Before he left he had our system up running so we will have air conditioning for the evening and next few days. We would highly recommend Floyd with Dyess Air to our neighbors & friends. I believe that rinsing off the air conditioning unit should always be part of the semi annual service. Clears away pine needles, etc to provide good air flow.
