Memorial Day we left the house early today and came home to a almost brand new A/C not working and a very hot house. We called to your Office and was told a technician would call back shortly. Floyd called within 15 mins and assured me he would be out this evening to check and see what the problem was. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately and found out it needs a part replaced. He will order the part that is needed and return to install it when it's in stock. Before he left he had our system up running so we will have air conditioning for the evening and next few days. We would highly recommend Floyd with Dyess Air to our neighbors & friends.
