The guy who came out to give initial quote was not good at communicating. He also had a ton of things missing on the quote; it seemed like he was trying to blindside us with hidden costs. Good thing we asked a lot of questions to reveal some of his back-handed sneakiness. The guys who came out to install were incredibly courteous and efficient. They did a great job.
