From the beginning of the furnace sale to installation end, everything went perfect. Rich Dykstra Jr. was very knowledgeable, gave a great price, was honest about what we did not really need, was patient about questions, and moved the process along as quickly as possible. Jim and Juan, the installation technicians were great representatives of Dykstra values and customer service; they were just wonderful, courteous, knowledgeable, CLEAN, conscientious, and took time to teach and explain things. I am more than satisfied; I am again a very happy Dykstra customer.
