My secondary heat exchanger went out on a Saturday morning and Rich from Dykstra Home Services was out there within a couple of hours to give me options on replacement/repair. He informed me about some great Carrier and energy efficient rebates, all in all I received $1000 back from my purchase price! He even got my current furnace limping along until the install could take place. The install technicians were on time, very professional and quick to get me old furnace out and new one heating my house. They cleaned all evidence of the install like they weren't ever there. I will be using Dykstra Home Services for all my HVAC needs going forward!
