We replaced both of our furnaces and one of our air conditioners. One of the furnaces required a significant reconfiguration of our duct work. Jim and Jason did a fantastic job: they were at our house for 12 hours and worked diligently and were not rushed even as the day grew long. They explained to me everything they needed to do and did a nice job cleaning up. We were very pleased with the experience.
