Jan was excellent help today. He came in response to a leak we were experiencing from our humidifier. While our Dykstra installation tech and first service tech failed to instruct us on the need to annually change the humidifier filter, Jan was awesome and went above and beyond the call to help us. He is a fantastic service tech and an all-around great person who takes great care in his work and in educating customers. While I am disappointed with Dykstra for not having this level of consistency in its service from all of its employees, I commend Jan for his help.
