The technician that came out (Jan) was very knowledge and extremely helpful. He answered some silly questions but was very professional and he went above and beyond. I will be asking for him next time I need service. The maintenance cost is a bit high, especially considering I purchased this from Dykstra. I am forced to have it serviced through Dykstra in order to maintain the warranty and I don't think that is fair. The warranty should come with the appliance regardless of who services it.
