The Consultant, Dean Rio, was very courteous, professional and compassionate as he came as promised and brought a space heater with him to warm my family for the night. He also guaranteed someone would be here the next day to install a furnace early in the morning between 8am and 9 am and they did just that. The technicians, Jonathan and Jerry, were both very professional and knowledgeable of their tasks as they worked with great tenacity and answered all of our questions. I will definitely recommend others to hire their services. Another company promised to come out three days later and my mother said "We could have been popsicles by then!".
