We just moved into a home with a heat pump and wanted to have it checked out and cleaned. I was notified by email and text when the tech was on his way. He was very informative and cleaned and inspected the heat pump and also checked the furnace. Very happy and will definitely use them for future inspections and service. They were also the best price of 3 that I got quotes from.

My driveway is long so the technicians arranged the two panel trucks with equipment, tools, and the incoming Goodman furnance back bumper to backbumper so they could work aligned. From the outset after introductions to isolating electricals, removing the old unit, extracting the flue (original venting exhaust was below standard), and to disconnecting gas; to installing new Goodman unit and peripheries, the crew was no nonsense. About three hours into process the manager arrived to confirm progress. After cleanup and loading their tools and the expendables, we chatted about manuals, permit posting, operating instructions and payment methods. No complaints. There's no goofing off, here. Pricing is fair; but I had work that meets code, quality equipment, and years of combined technical experience on site, in the shop, and on the phone backing me.
