From our first contact to arrange a site survey, until our goodbyes after installation, my experience with each member of the Eagle Pipe team was friendly, positive and professional. The texts along the way kept me informed and able to be totally prepared for each stage. When Michael, the technician, arrived on time in a clean, well marked truck, I was further impressed by his grooming, manners and efficiency. He and Rob removed my 30 year old water heater, of a very unique size, and replaced it with a new high efficiency model. They made no messes, though they had to tear the old rusting heater apart to remove it, and when they left, the area was at least as tidy as when they arrived. I was very grateful for the care they took to prevent Covid exposure. Their communication with me was compassionate and appropriate. I highly recommend this company for work you need done in your home. You can trust their personal integrity and professional ethics.
